I always having problem to fall asleep easily.
I must use at least 15 minutes in order to fall asleep.
This is really a hard time for me.
Now I am even having problem to sleep earlier.
Was on the bed at 2am but I fall asleep at 4am.
But if I want to take a nap,
I can take it easily.
And this make me even tough to sleep during night time.
It's making me mad about it.
